Wow, what a wonderful showgirl she was.
Rosie was whelped October 26th 1987 and co-bred by Acadia and
CinnRhee Kennels. Her sire and dam were respectively, Am/Can CH. CinnRhee's
Mug Shot and Can CH. Acadia's Dynasty.
Rosie was one of three puppies, all of whom finished their Canadian
Championships and Rosie and her sister, Am/Can CH. Acadia's Satin
went on to garner American Championships.
Rosie had some wonderful Canadian wins but the most memorable
wins were on the American side when she was RWB at the American Boxer
Club Regional, shown by Linda Huffman and Carol Nesbit and judged
by Mr. Walter Pinsker. She finished her American Championship quickly
and the following year went to ABC. Rosie and I remained in the ring,
in the final cut, at the breed level, at the American Boxer Club National
Show judged by Mr. Joe Heine. She was quite a girl and we were so
proud of her accomplishments because we were fairly new exhibitors
and she was her sire's (Am/Can CH. CinnRhee's Mug Shot) first duo
Champion.
Rose was placed with a family in Windsor and lived out her life
until her death in May of 2000. She will always be revered as one
of the best CinnRhee Boxers Reg'd ever produced and she is sadly missed
by her family 'Ed and Bev Dickens and Margaret and me.
