AM. CAN. CH. HEART ACRES ONYX STAR Onyx was whelped the 28th day of April 1998. Her sire is Am. CH. Laurel Hill's Evening Star and her dam is Am. Can. CH. Heart Acres Satin Shoes.

Onyx was bred by and is owned by Dr. James and Priscilla Kilman of Heart Acres Kennels in Grove City, Ohio. Onyx was sent to CinnRhee Boxers Reg'd in the spring of '99' and finished her Canadian Championship quickly taking several breed wins along the way.

She then returned to Heart Acres Kennels to garner her American Championship which she did in fine style, finishing with three major wins.

Onyx is a tall, very elegant, dark brindle bitch with an outgoing personality. She is very true to standard, with an excellent top line, excellent front and rear quarters, long elegant neck, and a superb bite. Her height and rear angles allow her to cover ground effortlessly.

Unfortunately Onyx passed on in Dec 2005, she is sadly missed.
