Katie was whelped May 14th, 1992.

Her sire was Can. CH. CinnRhee’s Grand Slam and her dam is Am/Can CH. Acadia’s Satin. Brian and June Cross of Acadia Kennels bred Katie and Brian finished Katie in Canada as a puppy.

Her notable wins on her way to her Canadian Championship were; Boxer of Club of Canada Futurity winner and WB for the year 1993.

Just prior to these wins, Brian took Katie to ABC that year and along the way she won the Boxer Sweeps at the Buck’s County Kennel Club Show. At ABC she placed third in her 9 to 12 bindle class. On her way home from ABC, she garnered 2 points, which began her show career towards her American Championship.

Unfortunately, Katie was not shown again in the States until she was three and half. At this time CinnRhee Boxers Reg’d acquired Katie and began showing her toward her American Championship picking up three majors along the way to complete her title.

Katie remained at CinnRhee Boxers Reg'd for the remainder of her life being a house companion to our oldest resident Annie, Greenhaven’s Blithe Spirit, who passed away just shy of her 15th birthday.

Katie had a great time in the show ring competing in the veteran’s class and until her death in July of 2001, was undefeated.

Katie was a wonderful show dog and gave us some great show memories. Unfortunately with Katie’s passing so went a line, for Katie never produced any offspring for CinnRhee Boxers.
