Lennie was whelped February 13th, 2004. His sire and dam are Am/Can CH. White Pine One and Only and Can CH. Heart Acre Dogwood Hot Line.

As a very young puppy, the Kilmans, Margaret and myself felt we had something special. He and his sister Heart Acre CinnRhee’s B R Cupid grew up at CinnRhee Kennels and then Lennie headed down to Heart Acre Kennels at the young age of 4 months.

He spent some time entertaining Jim and Priscilla before making the long trek to Florida to be schooled by his handler Kay Palade Peiser. Kay felt Lennie was ready for some ring experience by the time he was 8 months old.

He was shown at the Regional and then put away again to gain some more maturity. Much to our delight Kay felt Lennie was ready for the competition on the tough Florida circuit in January of this year and she was right.

In only one month of showing, he finished at the tender age of 11 months with five major wins. After winning the 12 to 15 month Futurity class at ABC this year he returned to the Kilmans to mature and will be back with Kay this fall.

We are excited about this young boy who has already demonstrated that he is a contender in the specials’ ring having just won the Greater Cincinnati Boxer Club Specialty with handler Guy Fisher.

Unfortunately, Lennie left us in January of 2006. He was
not quite 2 years of age and we were devastated with his untimely death
